Our Optical Frames, Ophthalmic Lenses, Contact Lenses and Sunglasses are all original and supplied to us from the UK's leading optical lens maufacturers and we use only offical distributers - as we are qualified opticians - to ensure the highest quality - all our products are always supplied with original branded packaging where applicable and are never sourced from grey markets, outdated end of line job lots, nor are they bought as parallel imports or from unoffical suppliers. In the case of our sunglasses - we only supply those products with the highest quality high definition lenses giving 100% UV protection (for both A & B), that conform to Bristish and European saftey standards BS EN 1836: 1997, suitable for active sports, casual and leisure wear as detailed on this website.

Our payment system uses Protx secure on-line credit card payment service which is secured with 128bit SSL. Our SSL-enabled web server is enhanced with 128-bit encryption. SSL is the leading security protocol on the internet. 128-bit encryption is the strongest possible encryption on the web. Together, this ensures that any and all transactions are secure.
Protx are independently approved as a Level 1 compliant provider under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is the highest level of compliance.

Delivery Payment
There is a £2.50 postage and packaging charge per glasses ordered. Glasses are sent 1st Class via standard Royal Mail packet post. Our glasses' packages fit through most letterboxes, and you do not have to be in to receive them when they arrive. Special delivery can be requested when ordering glasses over the phone (0871 2884331) or on line at a charge of £5.00. This is recommeded for orders over the value of £60.00. All special delivery orders will require a signature on receipt of goods.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, personal cheques, postal orders, NHS and Accor Eyecare vouchers.
